In the rare event you have an emergency with your Mac we can be there to help within 2 hours of the time you call us. Due to the nature of computer issues, we can't gurantee that the problem you are having will be fixed immediately. However, we will diagnose the problem immediately and advise you on the steps to take to get your Mac up and running again. Some solutions will take longer than others. One of the quickest solutions will be to get you a loaner Mac and transfer the data from your sick Mac to the new one so that you can be up and running in no time. Our expert staff will help you out in a pinch, we understand deadlines and how important it is to deliver your project on time. We will do everything we can to help you meet your deadline and keep your business up and running.

There is a 250 dollar charge for our emergency service. We come to your door and bring all of the tools to help get you up and running as quickly as possible. Because of the nature of emergencies and in order to take care of you immediately, we charge a premium to make your emergency our top priority.
