All cancellations must be made by phone or via email. |

Cancellations made 72 hours (3 days) prior to the Training Class start date are eligible for a full refund. (*For an example please see below) |

Customers who qualify for a refund will be mailed a check within 4 weeks of their confirmed cancellation. They will need to provide a copy of their email receipt and cancellation confirmation issued by ValenciaMac. |

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the first Training Class date are eligible for a Training credit that must be used within the next 90 days. Please see our Training page for upcoming classes. |
| 5. |
Customers who do not cancel prior to the Training Class start date and do not show up at the first class will forfeit their space in the class and their paid fee. |
| 6. |
Class times and dates within a selected Studio Series are not changeable or transferable. |
| 7. |
ValenciaMac reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. |

*EXAMPLE: If you are registered for a class on July 5th, you will need to email or call by July 1st at 11:59pm PST. Any emails or phone calls after that will fall into category #4 above. |
