ValenciaMac Return Policy
1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please return it within 10 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless DOA. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 20% open box fee will be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory.
2. You cannot return opened software.
3. Apple Computer offers a one year warranty on new equipment. You may purchase AppleCare to extend that warranty to 3 Years from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, you may call 1-800-275-2273 to receive warranty service. Apple will attempt to solve your problem over the phone. If they are unable to solve the problem, they will either ship you a replacement or will direct you to the nearest Apple Authorized service center. In most cases, contacting the 800 number is the quickest way to obtain warranty service on Apple equipment. Please contact us for any additional questions.
4. New items returned without a receipt will be given as store credit and incur a 10% re-stocking fee.
5. No returns or refunds will be given for items that are special ordered for you or for unusual custom configurations of systems.
