Don’t worry about getting all of your files from your PC when you buy a Mac, we’ll do it for you! When you purchase a New Mac Computer from ValenciaMac, we take the worry out of the equation. Most issues you are having with your Mac or iPhone can be handled by one of our Expert Sales and Service Staff. If you’re having any issue with your Mac, just bring it in, we’ll find out what the problem is and determine if a technician needs to take a look at it. If it turns out that the problem needs to be seen by a Certified Macintosh Technician, we’ll get it checked in to our service department.

If your Mac isn’t running like it should, we are the experts in Santa Clarita and the surrounding areas to get it fixed properly. We have your best interests in mind. Our Service Department has one goal: Your complete satisfaction!
Here’s a list of some of the most common services we offer:
- Mac Diagnostic: FREE (For Under Warranty Macs)
- Mac Diagnostic: 85.00 (For Out-Of-Warranty Macs and Monitors and Hard Drives)
- Our Diagnostic covers the time it takes for us to figure out what is causing the issues you are having with your Mac. This fee pays for our Apple Certified Macintosh Technicians to spend as much time as needed to find the problem and fix it right, the first time.
- Rush Diagnostic: 150.00
- For those of you who can’t wait the normal turnaround time, we offer a RUSH Diagnostic to get your Mac on the bench at the very next opportunity. Usually within an hour from the time it’s checked in.
- Data Transfer: 100.00 for the first 100 Gigabytes. Then it’s only 1.00 dollar per Gigabyte thereafter.
- Hourly Labor: 85.00 (Pays for 1 hour of labor)
